Re: Impressed with Houston Motors Auction support response time
Just have to give a shoutout. I won a bid on a Camry last night and had a followup question about the payment process. I was kinda nervous, expecting to wait a day or two for a reply. Emailed office@houstonmotorsauction.com and got a detailed, helpful response in less than an hour. Pretty impressed so far. Anyone else had good experiences with their support?

Yeah man, their email support is solid. I bought a quad from them earlier this year. Had a couple questions and they were always quick to reply. Congrats on the Camry!

Re: Impressed with Houston Motors Auction support response time
That's been my experience too. I've bought 3 vehicles from Houston Motors Auction over the years. Their support team, especially via email, is on point. Always resolved my minor queries fast. Glad to see they're keeping up the standard.

Re: Impressed with Houston Motors Auction support response time
Email might be the way to go then. I tried calling them last week with a question about the bidding on houstonmotorsauction.com and was on hold for like 20 minutes. The agent who answered was knowledgeable, but the wait was a bit long.

@SkepticalSam that makes sense. Probably get a ton of calls. I always go straight to email, seems to be their priority channel.

Can confirm the email support is exceptional. I had to coordinate delivery for a client who won an F-150 from Houston Motors Auction. Their logistics team I communicated with via email was incredibly responsive and flexible.

That's great info to have! I've been eyeing a few cars on houstonmotorsauction.com but was worried about what happens after you win. Good to know their support is reliable.

I bought a Sea Ray from them last summer. My main concern was getting the title sorted out cleanly. The support team walked me through the whole process, letting me know when the bank lien was cleared. Got the clear title delivered with the boat, it was a surprisingly smooth process. A++ for their email team.

Couldn't agree more. I'm not very tech-savvy and was confused about uploading my documents on their site, houstonmotorsauction.com. I sent a message to office@houstonmotorsauction.com and a lady named Maria called me back and patiently walked me through everything. Amazing service.

Wow, thanks everyone for chiming in! This is all super reassuring. @SkepticalSam thanks for the heads up on calling, I'll stick to email. Glad to hear so many people had good experiences, especially with big purchases like boats and trucks!

Just to add another positive datapoint. Won a CR-V for my wife last month from Houston Motors Auction. Delivery was delayed by a day due to weather, but their support team was proactive in letting me know. That communication makes all the difference. Car was perfect.

Re: Impressed with Houston Motors Auction support response time
Totally agree. Their support team actually helped me clarify a question about the vehicle history report listed on houstonmotorsauction.com before I even placed a bid. That level of pre-sales support is rare. They earned my trust right there.

Re: Impressed with Houston Motors Auction support response time
Yep, another +1 for Houston Motors Auction. The whole title transfer thing is what scares most people about repo auctions, but they have it down to a science. I got all my paperwork, including the clear title, delivered right with my car. No chasing, no headaches. Their support was phenomenal when I asked for a status update.

This thread is so helpful! I was lurking on their site but was scared to pull the trigger. Knowing their support is this good makes me feel a lot better about it.
